Family Pictures

We had our family pictures taken a few weeks ago for the babies 6 month birthday. I am loving them!! I can't wait to get some of these on the walls. 

Twin Humor

I read a lot of different blogs and sites about multiples and being a mom of multiples. It's nice to hear stories from other women who have been in your shoes. Having twins is hard......PERIOD. I would not change it for the world. I love having 2 babies. But it is hard (and any twin mom who says it isn't is lying). And it's comical at times. I ran across these today on one of the sites I look at and thought they were too funny not to share.

This is only funny because we can't go anywhere with out being bombarded and asked about 50 questions....Before some one flips their lid,  having one baby is hard as well....but with one baby in tow you don't get followed by the papparazzi and asked as many questions!

True story.....People are brave (and annoying)

Plus, when you have multiples you get free entertainment daily...like wrestling matches......

Happy 7 Months!

Graham:

You constantly roll over. 

You have found your feet and love to put them in your mouth

You have started holding your own bottle

You are crawling...backwards...You haven't figured out how to go forward yet

When we hold you on our lap and say "dance" you bounce up and down

You are cutting your first tooth and gnaw on everything

You are reaching for objects and picking them up

Started solid foods....you did not like Green beans or green peas

You weigh 16 lbs 6.5 oz

You tolerate a bath and don't move once I sit you in like you are scared of it

Evie Claire:

You are sitting up, partially supported

You squeal, very loudly

You are reaching for objects and picking them up (and putting them in your mouth)

You "talk" and babble a lot...mostly "dadadadadadadadada"

You love O'malley and reach for him when he walks by, especially his ears

You are not too fond of strangers

Started solid foods...you seem to like all of it 

You weigh 14 lbs 8.5 oz

You love a bath and kick your legs and splash , and play with toys

Half a year...

Half of a year has gone by and is almost over! Tomorrow Graham and EC will be 7 months old!! How can that be? The last couple of weeks they have really been trying out new things....

Evie Claire is working on sitting up. She does pretty good sitting in the boppy but if we move it she just falls over. Our goal is for them to both be sitting by the time we go to Florida Labor Day weekend! 

Graham is now bashful and puts his hands over his face when new people talk to him.... He is also getting his first tooth! He chews and gnaws on everything. 

But he's still a happy boy....

They are both interacting a lot more with us and each other as well as their toys. They are picking up toys and putting everything in their mouths!!

And they love their daddy...

EC rolls EVERYWHERE! We have caught here under the couch a few times....

O'malley was supposed to be watching her but he fell asleep on the job....

Graham is crawling and scooting backwards only...underneath the couch...

They are so much fun and Eric and I can't wait to keep watching them grown and change everyday!
